Since the general consensus of Renji being> this version of Ichigo is pretty common here after Renji’s feats in the recent episode I would like to know what you all think.

How do you people reconcile Ichigo apparently chipping Yhwach’s sword but also getting crushed by Jugran and Ichibē stating he was always fodder to Yhwach?

Yes and that’s fine in regards to offence but why would he purposefully gimp his own defence? Especially in regards to the durability of his spirit weapon.

I had FB Bankai without Blut above Bankai Renji before this week episode. Now it's above that for sure.
But i don't think it can win against FB Bankai with Blut.

He’s below Base Yamamoto he gives him a high diff fight. I just don’t see a reason for Ichigo being higher than that the anime put a seal on that argument when it told us that FBB Ichigo could’ve been beaten by other Quincy according to the Wandenreich’s daten which is specifically read over by Yhwach and Haschwalth who experienced the power at it's peak.
I don’t take any of his feats against Yhwach seriously either as he was holding back massively Ichibei directly told us he was fodder to him and that you have to be beyond Shinigami to contest Yhwach so he was holding back on a pretty gigantic scale especially considering he wasn’t really trying to kill him as he wanted him to join him and he of course know now that a hybrid was needed to cut down Reio.

Anyways Renji mid-potentially high. If Renji starts off going all out with ZT I think he definitely wins pretty easily.

This would have been a crazy good fight. Ichigo wins extreme diff. If push comes to shove, he still knows Mugetsu.

I think with new feats against base uryu and v1 uryu, renji just looks better here. Not to mention renji final attack kinda ko uryu through his blut with even uryu saying renji hesitated at the end. If ichigo gets caught by renji fur it will be like what happened with yhwach qualkereis. Fullbring ichigo is shikai yama level, but so is renji now, and renji has the better versatility against someone of ichigo skillset imo.

Renji mid. or so. This version of Ichigo is stronger than mid. SR, but I doubt he was on Royd's or Gremmy's lvl. So Renji still beats this version of Ichigo quite comfortably.
